HERO House 5K 

We are excited to offer the third annual HERO House 5K run and walk! Take a step for mental health and Run Like a HERO to benefit HERO House NW and Clubhouse programs. Run or walk IN PERSON on Saturday, September 10th @ 9 AM at Redmond Municipal Park on the scenic Sammamish River Trail.

For those not yet comfortable running in person, you can sign up for our virtual event, and run or walk on a route in your neighborhood, wherever you are in the world!

Runners Swag for the in-person event includes a runner bag, sticker, pen, canteen bottle and vendor coupons. Race performance shirts are available for $15 and can be purchased during registration or separately.

Shirt sizes not guaranteed after August 10. If signing up for virtual, sign up before September 4th to guarantee your package arrives in time.
